What are your shipping cost & times?

Usually, we process your orders within 3-10 business days and the deliveries take 2-5 business days (can take up to 10 business days or more) for express shipping. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live!
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email.

Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 15 days so we can figure out what's happening.If it's been less than 10 days, your package may be still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your door.

The price changed at checkout, what's up?
This is a common questions for customers who have changed store currency (USD) to their currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.
Rest assure that the price is the same no matter what currency is.

Why did I get a different size from what I ordered?
I'm afraid the short answer for this question is that you didn't. It is very important that you carefully check the measurements on the product page before you determine which size to order as some clothing from our suppliers are marked for Asian size. You can find the size chart of each product on the product page which provides the detailed measurements of the product. Please make sure you check it before determine the size.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Cancellation request must be requested immediately after receiving the order confirmation email. (Please note that if the order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel your order.)
Why did I receive a refund/partial refund?
Sometimes we automatically issue refunds to you due to shipping delays, depleted stocks or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you via the original manner in which you paid for the relevant order. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
If you need to add/remove items or change details of your order, we ask that you cancel your existing order and place a new one. If an item that was in your original order is sold out when placing the new order, please contact cs.cokodive@mobicontentstech.com.

FAQ on the Elimination of the De Minimis Tax Exemption Effective August 29, 2025This information applies only to orders shipped to the United States.
Q1. I didn’t have to pay duties last month, why am I being charged now? Beginning August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs will enforce a new policy that removes the previous tax exemption for low-value shipments. Orders shipped before the effective date may not have been taxed.
All shipments that enter the U.S. on or after August 29, 2025, will be subject to duties regardless of order value.
Q2. Will I be taxed even for a $20 item? Yes. Under the new U.S. Customs regulation, all international purchases, big or small, are subject to duties and taxes. This policy applies to all global retailers and customers in the U.S. and not just COKODIVE.
Q3. I placed my order before the policy took effect, why am I still being charged tax? We know this can be confusing. While your order may have been placed before the change, what matters is when the shipment arrives in the U.S. If it arrives on or after August 29, 2025, it will be subject to duties. Since international shipping involves processing, transit, and customs entry, the timing can vary by order. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are unable to waive these government-mandated fees.
Q4. The duty amount seems higher than I expected. Why is that? We understand this can feel surprising. Duty amounts are set by U.S. Customs and are based on product category and tariff rates. These rates are applied uniformly to all imports and are not determined or adjusted by us. As a result, there may sometimes be a difference between your expectation and the final amount assessed.
Q5. What happens if I don’t pay the duties or fees? If duties are not paid: Your package may face delivery delays.It may be returned to us. Should this occur, shipping or handling costs charged by the courier will need to be deducted from the refund.In rare cases, customs may dispose of it if it cannot be delivered. Should this occur, refunds will not be given for discarded packages or items.
Q6. When and how do I pay the duties and fees? After your order is shipped, the delivery carrier (such as FedEx or DHL) will reach out to you directly by email, text message, or phone call with simple payment instructions. Just follow their guidance to complete the payment and keep your delivery moving smoothly.
Q7. I already paid the duties, why hasn’t my package arrived yet? Even after payment, customs clearance may require a little extra time. Occasionally, U.S. Customs may conduct random inspections or request additional documents, which could cause short delays. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
