Q1. I don't have Instagram, TikTok, or X (Twitter). How can I enter a giveaway?
We host giveaways across multiple social media platforms. If you don’t have an account on one platform, feel free to participate through another. However, if you don’t have access to any social media accounts at all, it may be difficult to join our giveaways.

Q2. I won a giveaway! How can I claim my prize?
Congratulations! Giveaway winners are announced on our website under the "GIVEAWAY ANNOUNCEMENTS" tab. Please check there for instructions on how to claim your prize.

Q3. Will I have to pay for shipping if I win?
No, shipping is completely free for giveaway prizes.

Q4. Do I need to pay customs fees for my giveaway prize?
Yes. While we cover the cost of the product and shipping, customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. COKODIVE does not have control over customs regulations in each country.

Q8. Can I have my prize shipped via postal service instead of a courier like FedEx or DHL?
We’re sorry, but international shipping via postal services (such as Korea Post or EMS) is not available. We currently only ship using courier services like FedEx or DHL.
