Received my Seventeen 10th anniversary light stick less than a week from the day I placed the order. Arrived in perfect condition. For added flair, I replaced the original clear handle cover with the official light deco ring set (which includes all of the members name.) Love how it looks❣️

It was bit stressful because i didn't know if I was going to get it or not because of customs and had to confirm stuff, phone fedex, and just wait for it for about 3 weeks despite how it came in a torn box and bended lightstick box, it was in a good condition! I ordered 2x for my sister and I! And Cokodive customer service was super fast in responding and sooo helpful in getting my package to me! It was very beautiful and loved everything about our lightsticks! Thank you! Can't wait to use it in our first seventeen concert!!

As for the light stick, it came in great condition, looks beautiful, I was able to use it immediately after putting the batteries in and it connected to the app without issue. I was a little nervous to order for Cocodive but I got a confirmation email right away and it arrived SO fast! I cant wait to order more items. The 10th anniv lightstick is 😭😭 so pretty! The heart shaped confetti, the names around the ring, the glitter on the handle, the detail in the dome. Im so happy and pleased with it and I cant wait to use it next month!

I was so happy when I was able to snag the anniversary Caratbong. I missed out on it when it first dropped, but was able to catch the pre-order the next time around. It is gorgeous!! I also bought the Bongbongie keychain so I had the option to swap out the diamond inside. Do not regret the decision at all! I can't wait to use it for the new tour.

*Batteries are not included*
Precautions for handling
1. Keep the product at room temperature, and away from high temperatures and humidity.
2. Do not look at the light directly at a close distance.
3. Be careful not to drop the product as impacts may cause the light color to change.
4. Do not swallow the parts or put them in the mouth.
5. Use standard alkaline AAA batteries that were not used before. Avoid using manganese or used batteries.
6. When the battery is low, some colors may not light up and the lightstick may be turned off. Please note that this is not a product defect.
7. Make sure to correctly check the polarity (+, -) of the batteries. Incorrect placement may cause overheating and damage to the product.
8. In case of overheating, please turn off the power and remove the batteries.
9. Store the lightstick without batteries in it, or it may lead to battery leakage.
10. It is a wireless control product that consumes batteries quickly when operating under central control in concerts. We recommend that you use new batteries for each concert.
11. Please keep the battery completely separate when you are not using the light stick.
