I was so excited to receive my parcel. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. However FedEx completely dropped the Ball. My order was delivered to wrong address. Then I was given wrong information. To find out my order had been returned to Korea. To say I was devastated would be an understatment. Thanks to the wonderful Avery and Ricca, who kept me updated on the progress of my returned order. They certainly put my mind to rest. That my order would be re sent at no further cost to myself. As FedEx had passed my parcel onto a third party. Who after delivering to the wrong address. Marked it down, that the customer had refused delivery. I love the Festa gift. A minature indigo Album, keyring. Fab. I love it.
