I initially thought it was damaged, because the hourglass was not attached and was just tinkering around in the inside. However, once I realize you could unscrew the dome, I was able to reattach the hourglass inside.

I am very happy with my purchase of the ATEEZ Lightstick Ver.3 from Cokodive! This is not the first time I’ve ordered from this store, and once again everything went smoothly. The lightstick arrived very well packaged, in perfect condition, and it looks even better in person. Shopping at Cokodive always brings me a lot of joy – the store is trustworthy, offers official products, and takes good care of its customers. This definitely won’t be my last purchase. Love the look of v3! Super fun to fidget with. It is a bit heavier than the previous lightstick v2. With the batteries and strap added the lightstick weighs 10.5oz or 297g. Hourglass is removable, it weighs 0.8oz or 23g. Top removable dome of lightstick weighs 2.6oz or 74g. I had a little trouble lining dome back up to screw it back on since it is clear. Go slowly so you don’t crack the plastic. The hourglass was rattling around inside the dome when I received the package and a few small scratches were caused on the inside of the dome. It should have been taped into place or wrapped up to prevent it. Can’t wait to use it at their next concert hopefully soon(fingers crossed).

Came in a bit earlier than the actual release date but honestly im not mad at it! Its so beautiful and to actually see the hour glass spin was so cool omg. Everything that the lightstick was suppose to have was there so nothing was missing either. Diiid come a bit banged up tho but not from the outside, it came from the inside due to the hourglass being detached (u have to attach it on ur own), other than that came in extremely well packaged. LOVED IT!

As usual, Cokodive delivered quickly and safely with everything well packaged. My new Lightiny is beautiful and now I have a complete collection, all of which will still be used as they're far too pretty to retire.
The lightstick itself is wonderful but it only just survived the journey as the mailing box had been punctured as well as the actual lightstick box. That must have been some force.
The package arrived on time :D, but the hourglass was loose inside. It had a label that said “inspected” and clearly showed signs of having been opened (fortunately, everything is there, but since the hourglass was loose, there are a couple of scratches inside the globe) — since it’s an imported item, customs officials must have opened it. Even so, it works correctly, connects to the Lightiny app without any problems, and syncs well, so I don’t really have any complaints with the store ^^.

Precautions for handling
1. Keep the product at room temperature, and away from high temperatures and humidity.
2. Do not look at the light directly at a close distance.
3. Be careful not to drop the product as impacts may cause the light color to change.
4. Do not swallow the parts or put them in the mouth.
5. Use standard alkaline AAA batteries that were not used before. Avoid using manganese or used batteries.
6. When the battery is low, some colors may not light up and the lightstick may be turned off. Please note that this is not a product defect.
7. Make sure to correctly check the polarity (+, -) of the batteries. Incorrect placement may cause overheating and damage to the product.
8. In case of overheating, please turn off the power and remove the batteries.
9. Store the lightstick without batteries in it, or it may lead to battery leakage.
10. It is a wireless control product that consumes batteries quickly when operating under central control in concerts. We recommend that you use new batteries for each concert.
11. Please keep the battery completely separate when you are not using the light stick.
