Customer photo review of [2ND PRE-ORDER] BTS - OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4 PARTS ARMY VER

The new lightstick looks very nice and it seems to be easier to handle than the previous one. I love the accesories and cradle, however if you just need the lightstick only, it's ok even without the accesories. But as a collector, I wanted to have them all. Right now until the London concert my lightstick works as a lamp as well and I suppose this is what the cradle is for.

As it was a pre-order, the waiting was soooo long, but customer service answered very quickly and kindly each time I wrote. Once the items were available, the shipment was quick too (with tracking), and full bubble wrapping protection for the items. Thank you Cokodive team, we really enjoyed the lighstick in Paris for the show with our 7 bangtang Boys on July 17th πŸ’œπŸ«°πŸ‡¨πŸ‡΅πŸ—ΌπŸ₯ μ˜ˆμ•½ ꡬ맀 μƒν’ˆμ΄λΌ κΈ°λ‹€λ¦¬λŠ” μ‹œκ°„μ΄ 정말 κΈΈμ—ˆμ§€λ§Œ, 문의λ₯Ό 남길 λ•Œλ§ˆλ‹€ 고객 μ„œλΉ„μŠ€ νŒ€μ΄ 맀우 λΉ λ₯΄κ³  μΉœμ ˆν•˜κ²Œ μ‘λŒ€ν•΄ μ£Όμ…¨μŠ΅λ‹ˆλ‹€. [3RD PRE-ORDER] BTS - OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.4 PARTS ARMY VER

The purchasing process was very simple and easy to complete. However, post-purchase communication was almost nonexistent beyond the initial order confirmation email. Fortunately, I found many reviews and comments from previous customers who reassured me that my order would arrive without any issues, even though I had very little visibility into its status during transit. In the end, everything worked out fine, but more frequent updates and better tracking communication would definitely improve the overall customer experience.
