I purchased these as a gift. This was my first experience with Cokodive. I did have concerns about shipping and tracking my package. Customer service was quick to respond, issue was resolved and then package arrived quickly. Product was in perfect condition. This was my main concern as everything in my order was fragile. These cups are beautiful! The pattern is gorgeous, and I hope to buy more pieces. I will definitely use Cokodive in the future.

I purchased this as a gift. This was my first order from Cokodive. I was nervous as I had seen mixed reviews about orders not fulfilled, and lack of response from site. It did take, what I consider, a lengthy amount of time and an email to cust service to receive a tracking number but, in their defense; they did have a notice posted on their site about being backed up from holidays. Customer service was prompt to respond. My package arrived quickly after my inquiry. Product arrived in perfect condition. I was VERY nervous about this due to product being fragile. They even sent the carry bags that came with the collection! I will definitely consider using Cokodive again in the future!
