The shipment took a while because of some issue that happened. Thankfully customer service were quick on solving it in no time! Great customer service the handy fan is smaller than I expected, but super convenient. It could fit anywhere because of it's small size. It's so adorable!! I didn't read the description completely before purchase so the strap was a surprise to me. It's small and compact so I can take it with me everywhere in my purse. And the engine is powerful! Definitely a recommend, especially with the heat wave we're about to get here.
