i also bought in the same order the album "BE" and the track list poster also came stained with blue pen and the box of the album was broken.

The Chimmy boucle cushion has a different material than the other bt21 baby plushies. It is not as soft as the other cushions, but I still love it! It arrived without any troubles and quite fast considering the pandemic.
